Their quiet cries and soft breaths, milk-drunk smiles, curled toes, and the way their entire body fits against your chest like it was made to be there — all of it changes so quickly, almost without you noticing. These are the moments that seem ordinary now but will one day feel like a dream.
The newborn stage is raw, real, and overwhelmingly beautiful, not because it’s perfect, but because it’s yours, and it passes faster than anyone ever tells you.

Once you’re ready, I’ll send you a booking proposal. You’ll first pick a consultation date, then choose your session date. To secure your spot, you’ll sign the contract and pay a $150 retainer.

Frequently Asked Questions
It’s never too early to schedule your session to ensure you reserve time in my calendar. I will typically use your due date as a space holder when you book. When baby comes, we'll want to capture the first 5-12 days of life for those fleeting newborn details.
First we will decide if you want an in-home lifestyle session or a studio session. If you want an in-home lifestyle session, we typically use your bedroom, the nursery, and/or your family room space – really wherever the light hits best! If you decide on a studio session, we will discuss which studio space is closest to your home and which one matches your vision for your session. I have several studios I use around Metro-Detroit, Monroe and even Toledo, OH areas!
Yes! I’d be honored to capture both milestones for you at a discounted rate. Be sure to include this in your contact form when you schedule your maternity session.
